Refunds for services paid for through gypsyartclasses site:
If you have paid for a class or pARTy or other service through gypsyartclasses directly, you may request a refund by emailing valerie@gypsyartclasses.com
Refunds will not be granted without a written request sent to the above email
Refund Policies
Five or more days prior to the start date, a full refund will be given unless otherwise noted.
Four days prior to the start date and through the first week of a session, 50% of the registration fee is refundable.
No refunds will be allowed after the first week of the session unless circumstances warrant consideration.
No refunds will be accepted less than three days prior to the start of a program that only meets once.
in the event of weather or other unforeseen circumstance gypsyartclasses will reach out to participants to inform them of cancellations as soon as possible and does its best to reschedule a cancelled class in the event of weather or other unforeseen circumstance. For session events, a rescheduled class will not warrant a refund. For an event that only meets once, if the event is rescheduled to a date/time that does not work for the participant, the participant may request a refund in writing at the above email no less than three days prior to the rescheduled event. If we are unable to reschedule a class, a full refund for a class that meets once or a prorated amount for a session will be issued.

If you have paid for a class or pARTy or other service through a third party, Refund requests will be handled through the third party and may be subject to their refund policies as well as gypsyartclasses refund policies
